Welcome! My practice offers a supportive, relational, and trauma-informed space for individuals seeking therapy that is thoughtful, affirming, and grounded in respect for their lived experiences. My work is shaped by values of authenticity, connection, and care, with particular attention to the social and systemic contexts that impact mental health.
I work primarily with marginalized and minority communities and strive to provide therapy that is collaborative, culturally responsive, and non-judgemental. Whether you are seeking support for a specific concern or looking for a longer-term therapeutic relationship, this space is intended to feel safe, transparent, and responsive to your needs.
My Services
Individual therapy offers a confidential and supportive space to explore concerns that can make life challenging such as anxiety, depression, trauma, life transitions, relationship challenges, and more. My approach is collaborative, trauma-informed, and culturally responsive, with care tailored to each client’s unique experiences, values, and goals. Together, we work to build insight, strengthen coping skills, and support meaningful change at a pace that feels safe and sustainable.
Child therapy for children aged 10 and up is designed to support emotional regulation, self-understanding, and healthy coping during key developmental stages. Sessions are adapted to be developmentally appropriate and may include creative, strength-based, and skills-focused approaches to help children express themselves and navigate challenges such as anxiety, mood concerns, school stress, family changes, and more. When appropriate, caregivers may be involved to support progress when deemed appropriate by both the therapist and child in order to maintain safety and trust in the therapeutic relationship.
General psychological assessments provide a structured and comprehensive understanding of an individual’s emotional, cognitive, and behavioural functioning. These assessments may be helpful for clarifying concerns and supporting treatment planning. The process typically includes a clinical interview done over the first few sessions and standardized measures to establish a baseline of symptoms, outline a diagnostic lens if applicable, and next steps in care. Assessments and intakes are conducted with care, transparency, and a trauma-informed lens to ensure goals and treatment planning are respectful, collaborative, and clinically meaningful.

Land Acknowledgement
My practice resides on the traditional land of Treaty Six Territory (why is this important?). I am grateful to the diverse Indigenous Peoples whose ancestors’ footsteps have marked this territory for centuries, such as Nêhiyaw / Cree, Dene, Anishinaabe / Saulteaux, Nakota Isga / Nakota Sioux, and Niitsitapi / Blackfoot peoples. In honour of reconciliation, allies to the Indigenous communities can donate to the Bent Arrow Traditional Healing Society of Edmonton, the Native Women’s Association of Canada, or to the Residential School Survivors Society.
